  1. Dr GR • 38 yo male (physician himself) with chronic neck pain radiating to RUE, underwent 3 cervical surgeries in late 2010 (by other surgeons) • C5-6 ACDF 10/2010 without much benefit • C6-7 right laminotomy and discectomy and a subsequent C6-7 endoscopic foraminotomy late 2010, alleviated the RUE radiculopathy • Still has persistent neck pain, dysesthesia all extremities and chest area, easy fatigue • PE: decreased sensation bilateral thumb and IF; mild hyperreflex with bilateral patella DTR 3+

  2. C4-5: AP canal 12mm

  3. C5-6 AP canal 8-9mm

  4. C6-7 AP canal 9-10mm
