Reliability and Dependability • Annual testing of Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) • Demonstrated Confidence and Reliability • 2012 Exercise Successfully Completed, May 7 – 10 • 2013 Exercise Scheduled, April 15 – 19 • Proven Results • NFC deployed a COOP team to the AWS in preparation for Hurricane Isaac in late August 2012 through Labor Day weekend – which was a payroll processing weekend. • All personnel actions were completed for clients, and payroll for all employees was successfully processed with no problems.

Focusing on Your Future We will continue to: • Revise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed OPM guidelines on service line metrics. • Review our cost methodologies to provide transparency and cost reductions to rate structures for our customer Agencies whenever possible. • Focus on emergency preparedness.

Human Resources Servicing NFC HRMS is uniquely positioned to provide the following Human Resources Management advisory and functional services to external customer Agencies: • Retirement Counseling services • Employee Relations services • Personnel Action Request processing • Workers Compensation support • Classification, Recruitment, and Placement services
Human Resources Servicing Currently, NFC provides HR Servicing to the following Agencies: • Coast Guard – Payroll processing services • DHS OIG – Back-office processing of all personnel and payroll actions • NAD – Back-end recruitment, payroll/personnel processing, and Employee Relations and Labor Relations servicing • NRCS – Temporary classification, recruitment, and processing while they transition to an outsourced servicing Agency
