  3. Giraffe • Giraffes are the worlds largest mammals • Giraffes have long necks, tails, and long legs too they are a tan color with brown spots. Table of contents

  4. Tamias Chipmunk • Tamias chipmunks are lively and speedy critters. • Tamias Chipmunks are small members of the squirrel family. • They have pudgy cheeks, large, glossy eyes, and a bushy tail with stripes along its back and tail. Table of contents

  5. Mudpuppy • Mudpuppies are also called waterdogs. • They are one of only a few salamanders to make noise. • Mudpuppies can exceed to 16 inches. Table of contents

  6. Whale shark • The whale shark is the biggest fish in the ocean. • The whale shark can go up to 40 feet. Table of contents

  7. Gar • Gars are called the living fossils. • They are only found in North America. • They are long and tubular with an oversized snout. Table of contents

  8. Arctic hare • The arctic hare lives in the harsh enviorment of the North America tundra. • Theses hares do not hibernate. • But can survive the cold with their thick fur. Table of contents

  9. Star fish • The star fish is not a fish it is an echinoderm. • The star fish is related to sea urchins and sand dollars. • Star fish can have up to 10,20 or 40 arms but the most common amount of arms for a fish to have is 5. Table of contents
