  10. Communication: Website Website: www.gcca.eu Planned changes for the Regional Conferences A. Announce the upcoming regional conferences B. Prepare contents for the remaining RCs C. Prior to Carribean RC and the others 1. Announce the RC by changing the In Focus (beginning two weeks before the event) 2. Change the In Focus text each day of the Conference 3. Broadcast the outputs and the declarations after the event 4. Upload presentations and other materials used for the conference (e.g. press releases and media coverage) Content development A. Interactive map with all the beneficiary countries currently being developed by the webdesigners B. Library with keywords to be developed once documents have been approved
