  2. Business The business to be started is of selling traditional indian handicrafts. The business will be started with hepl of my friend Ramesh and Arjun.We will be partners in this venture.

  3. Positive Factors Indian handicrafts are world known for their beauty and elegance. Everyone will love to decorate their homes with the beautifully made handicrafts .

  4. Standards The contact has been made with people who run this business in India. The raw material to be used will be of best quality so that we can maintain high standards for our customers.

  5. The experts were then asked to review the procedures so that the safety hazards could be figured out in initial stage and hence could be prevented.

  6. Traditions All the efforts will be made so that we don’t loose connections with our roots.The traditions will be preserved because the traditions are our identity. Some innovation will also be made in an order such that traditions are not broken.

  7. Additional features The option of customization will be given to customers in which they can get the product to be made according to their need. The customer can choose the color and design for their products.

  8. Business plan Initially the product will be sold from shop which will be run by me and my business partners. On the increase in the popularity the seminars and workshops will be organised.

  9. Partnership scheme The meetings will be arranged with those willing to sell our brand. The profit will be divided in 75 – 25 proportion.The reason for keeping big share is that all the work of manufacturing is done by the company.

  10. Customer The customer are an integral part of our business plan. The customer advice and feedback will be taken into account to make our product even better.And efforts will be made to establish customer goodwill.
