Status Reason and Status Change • Addition of unique status reasons for each type of account to distinguish between different types of closed and blocked accounts • Includes status reason to filter between accounts marked lost/stolen with suspected fraud vs. those without suspected fraud • Bank Initiated vs. User Initiated Status Reasons • New field called “Status Change Date” to allow for easy identification of recently closed and lost/stolen accounts • Field will be added to the Account screens, Cardholder Profile report and Advanced Query screen

New Alert Feature with 7.0 Enhancement • Ability to setup customized language or choose from the default email template • Configuration to ensure email recipients cannot suppress the alert • Alert setup by user role, hierarchy level, hierarchy ID as well as ability to include children • Supported alerts include: • Transaction Exceeds Single Purchase Limit – Daily, Weekly, Monthly options • Split Purchase – Daily, Weekly, Monthly options • Transaction Decline – Daily, Weekly, Monthly options • Delinquency – Customize the number of days delinquent • Approaching Credit Limit – Customize the percentage setting • Inactive Account – Customize the number of days of inactivity • Payments Submitted • Recurring Payments Success
