  4. Introduction Graham Van Damme Mining engineer in 2004 started working for a 3rd generation family owned drilling company. In 2006 completed managed buy out 80% of business & grew revenues $4million (2004) to $24 million (2007). 2008, sold 75% of company to private equity for $71 million. Completed another 3 acquisitions over the next two years, rebranded as Easternwell Group. 800+ employees, $260 million revenue & sold to Transfield in 2010 for $575 million. Exited the business 3 months later and have since started an Aviation business from scratch, purchased a remanufacturing business, invested in two technology startups in Australia and Vietnam and launched Accelerator in Melbourne.
