  8. The First and Only Head Office • The first head office for Ferrari is in a town in northern Italy near Bologna, Maranello. It is there since the 1940s, meaning Enzo Ferrari didn’t change the place of the factory since the beginning. This building houses more than three thousand workers at more than two hundred fifty thousand metres. Enzo Ferrari was in the Scuderia Ferrari headquarters in Via Trento Treasto in Modena. But, he chose to go to Maranello because he said in his memories that he owned a piece of land in the area where the factory is today. This means he had the factory in the piece of land he owned in Maranello.
