  2. Customize Your Program’s Timesheets We offer several versions to select from—contact our help desk to set up your template before your new program year begins!

  3. Timesheet Format “A” Version A: StandardIndividual programs can customize sub-categories in service and training. Members “key-in” hours, system calculates daily and timesheet totals.

  4. Timesheet Format “B” Version B: Time In /Time Out + Mileage Key-in time in/out (8:30) in subcategories Programs can customize subcategories Key in mileage, or don’t include (option) System calculates mileage

  5. Timesheet Format “C” Version C: “Time In/ Time Out--- w/Lunch Includes pull-downs menus for hours and “service” categories—programs can customize categories. Time calculates automatically. Comments at bottom of page only. System can deduct lunch minutes from total—or not. Up to three time in/time outs per day.

  11. Volunteer Dashboard Pulls hours from member time sheets and combine with volunteer mobilization reports-- to create “dashboard” view.

  13. VISTA “Days Off” Dashboard Pulls hours from VISTA timesheets -- and compares with “days off” allocated in Member Record.

  14. Hours & Enrollment Dashboard Pulls hours from time sheets – combines with member’s “status” from Member Record, and then totals. ** Needed for Fixed Grant Financial reporting.

  29. Monthly Program Report Program Admin/Staff can run an aggregate report that combines all member data into one report.

  30. Rate (Star*) Narrative Reports Program Director or Admin/Staff user can rate reports on a scale of 1-5 stars, then sort by stars to see “best reports”

  31. Custom Financial Reports> Pull data from other income or expense reportsin OnCorps> Collect and aggregate State or Funder specific income or expense information

  32. Custom Expense Report Member or Supervisor submits, Program Director approves

  33. Cash Request Form Program Directors submit; Admin/ Staff approves. Can aggregate this report to track all reimbursements.

  34. Payment Approval Report Program Director submits, Admin/Staff approves

  35. Program Match Report Program Director submits, Staff/admin approves

  36. Cost Factors • How complex are the forms, i.e. number of fields, calculations required? • Approvals needed? At what user level(s)? • Does report aggregate data? • Does report pull data from other records or reports? • Do students or clients need to have their own records in OnCorps? • Does the database need to match members with specific students or clients? • Does the report pull data from prior years? • Is the custom form or report similar to others in our system?

  37. Ordering Custom Forms • Send a request to the help desk, attach any files or currently used forms to help us understand what you need. • Our project team collects specifications and requirement, documents the discussions between you and us. • Our technical team completes discovery, so we know what the project will take. * More complex projects may incur a discovery charge. • Project Manager coordinates proposal and estimate, sends to customer for review. • Contract is approved by customer, work begins following contract acceptance.
