  2. Click on HR ONE STOP

  3. Click on YOUR CAREER

  4. Click on TUITION AID

  5. Click on >> Access Tuition Aid information and resources for Nonmanagement Employees

  6. Click on www.acclaris.net

  7. To log into acclaris.net for the FIRST TIME, click on New User Registration

  8. Enter your AT&T UID and click Next NOTE: Use of Social Security Number WON’T Work!

  9. If you get an error message, call HELP LINE

  10. Employee ID shows on first line. Add Date of Birth and Work ZIP Code (example of ZIP Code – 35203 for Birmingham, Al City Center). Then select either Create my User ID or Use my Employee ID as my User ID. Finally, click on Next.

  11. Create User ID and Password; then scroll down.

  12. AT&T Email Address shows here. If not, enter it. Click Next On DROP DOWN Menu, answer a Security Question

  13. NOTE: This will show your AT&T UID or your Created User ID.

  14. Enter User ID and Password, and click Log-in

  15. This shows when you click Log-in. Click Yes, No and / or Don’t offer to……..

  16. Slides 17 to 26 show APT Catalog information used for this application process. Slides 27 to 32 show APT Catalog information as it currently is.

  31. Click on Drop Down Arrow & click on Associates

  32. Click on Drop Down Arrow & click on Telecommunications

  33. Click on Drop Down Arrow & click on No

  34. Note: If you click YES, give Source & Amount

  35. Click to verify whether school is FAFSA or DETC

  36. Follow these directions

  37. APT is a DETC School

  38. Information for slides 43 to 56 can be found on paperwork furnished by A.P.T.

  39. Enter DETC73 (found on APT Course Paperwork sent to you) & press tab

  40. If it doesn’t populate, enter Applied Professional Training & press tab

  41. Fill in Course Number, Name, Start Date, End Date and College Credits Click on Drop Down Arrow

  42. Select Present Job in Bell AT&T

  43. Click on Drop Down Arrow and select Tuition, enter TUITION in Expense Description, enter Course Cost (ex. 395) in Expense Amount and click Save Expense.

  44. Click Save Course NOTE: If you make a mistake, click Reset Course and re-enter your information again before clicking Save Course

  45. Verify Results

  46. Repeat process outlined on slides 43 to 49 for each section if course has more than one part to the course (ie. MMUT A, B & C). This is shown from this slide to slide 56.
