  2. Contents • Groups • View memberships • Add and remove memberships • Import and export

  3. Viewing memberships Click on the “Manage members” link. View Direct, Indirect, or all members. Sort membership list. Search membership list.

  4. Adding memberships • Click on the “Add members” link. • Search for an entity to add. • Results contain entities that you are allowed to see. • Select one or more entities. • Click the “Assign privileges” button.

  5. Removing memberships • Click on the “Manage members” link. • To remove one or more members: • Check the box next to each member. • Click the “Remove selected members” button. • To remove all members: • Click the “Remove all members” button.

  6. Importing memberships Not enabled by default. If enabled, the input format depends on how your Grouper administrator has configured this feature. With the default input format, provide a list of entityIDs (one per line) either on screen or using a file.

  7. Exporting memberships • Not enabled by default. • If enabled, the export format depends on how your Grouper administrator has configured this feature. • Default export format options: • Tab separated (on screen) • CSV (Excel) • CSV (in browser)

  8. Exporting memberships (continued) • Default output fields: • Entity ID • Entity name • Entity type
