  2. Annual General Meeting 24th February 2013 Chairman’s Report 2012-2013 Objectives 2013-2014 Objectives Acknowledgements Maintain and grow adult membership. Focus on developing junior membership. Coaching sessions with qualified guest coaches. Dedicated outdoor range. Address safety problems with indoor range. Beversbrook Staff Sportivate Maintain and grow both adult & junior membership. Increase classifications & improve handicaps with club. Provide coaching within club. Dedicated outdoor range.

Annual General Meeting 24th February 2013 Treasurer’s Report Summary of Finances Income: £4,192 Expenditure: £7,011 Accruals: £ 348 Forecast Balance: £ 320 Other Expeniture Making indoor range safe: £100 Donation :Cancer Research UK £200 Sport England Funds for Junior Section Grant: £2,144 -courses + equipment

Annual General Meeting 24th February 2013 Membership Officer’s Report Club Membership March 2012: 22 Adults, 4 Juniors (M 16, F 10) February 2013: 31 Adults, 18 Juniors (M 28, F 21) Instructors 7 qualified leaders. Anyone else interested? Coaching Matt Griffiths to attend Coaching Level 1 course when available. Promoting New Membership 9 people booked on March’s beginner lessons. Continuing with Taster Sessions, Beginner Lessons, Charity/Open Day.

  5. Annual General Meeting 24th February 2013 Proposed Annual Fees Junior Membership Fee: £30 per annum Beginner Lessons: £40 for 4 lessons (to include tab & bracer) Associate Adult Membership Fee: £45 per annum Adult Membership Fee: £60 per annum £2 per shoot (£3 for Associate Members)

  6. Annual General Meeting 24th February 2013 Target Days and Club Competition Target Days Will continue to be held on the first Sunday of each month. Other days by prior arrangement with a qualified leader. Bowman grade badges awarded for anyone reaching a higher grade. Trophy for best handicap improvement awarded at end of the year. Do any members wish to shoot longer rounds (12 doz arrows)? Club Handicap competition Open to all club members that have attained a handicap rating. Will use short metric rounds as used on target days. Trophy for overall winner. Proposed date of Sunday 18th August.
