HEL80/81 disassemble notice. 倒置機台 , 取下 battery. 卸下 HDD,RAM,FAN door 螺絲 ( 5 顆 ). 卸下 HDD, RAM, FAN door. 卸下 HDD 螺絲 (2 顆 ). 卸下 wireless 螺絲 (2 顆 ). 取下 HDD. 有 Blue tooth card 的取下 Blue tooth card. 取下 Wireless card. 從 wireless card 拔下天線. 卸下 FAN 螺絲 (3 顆 ). 拔 FAN 排線取下 FAN.

  1. HEL80/81 disassemble notice 倒置機台, 取下battery. 卸下HDD,RAM,FAN door 螺絲( 5顆).

  2. 卸下HDD, RAM, FAN door. 卸下HDD螺絲(2顆)

  3. 卸下wireless螺絲(2顆) 取下HDD 有Blue tooth card的取下 Blue tooth card.

  4. 取下Wireless card. 從wireless card拔下天線.

  5. 卸下FAN螺絲(3顆) 拔FAN排線取下FAN.

  6. 有VGA的拔下VGA排線. 卸下ODD螺絲(黄圈2顆白色),取下ODD.拔下DC-IN cable, moudle cable, TV小板天线

  7. 卸下底面螺絲(19顆).

  8. 卸下I/O螺絲(2顆)

  9. 用peak把strip cover左耳朵卡钩撬開. 夹住strip cover 耳朵上提. 打開LCD,拆下strip cover. 拆strip cover時注意: 拆下K/B.

  10. 卸下開機小板螺絲(1顆). 拆下開機小板.

  11. 把天線,MIC線從卡鉤中理出. 拔inventer conn 时注意: 往公端connector下塞一张Mylar作导引. 拔出inventer, CMOS排線. 用两大拇指指甲勾住公端connector两端, 向前平推. 注意: 一定要向前平推, 以免damage母connector.

  12. 把排線從卡鉤中理出. 卸下LCD hinge 螺絲(4顆)

  13. 取下LCD. 有CD-play排線的把CD-play排線拔出. 拔出T/P排線.

  14. 把logic upper卸下.

  15. 取下CRT/B 2颗螺丝,取出CRT/B ,拔下CRT cable.注意撕掉图示处cable 背胶. 取下USB/B 1颗螺丝,拔下M/B上USB cable,并理出来.注意把Blue Tooth cable一并理出来.

  16. 取下upper support,取下固定M/B的一颗螺丝,及拔下喇叭cable. 取下M/B,OK!

  17. 1 4 3 2 5 6 LCD Module 取下图示4颗螺丝,取下bezel. 取下图示7颗螺丝,撕下固定排线的tape,然后取下LCD本体(连同Inverter小板及LCD cable).

  18. 取下固定camera bracket的1颗螺丝,取下camera bracket及camera(注意是撕除背胶,当心损坏camera). 撕开背胶,取出camera排线及麦克风排线,OK!
