People • Categorizing people in New Guinea is difficult. • There are about 8.5 million inhabitants, who are either residents of Papua New Guinea in the eastern part of the island. • There lifestyle is starting to fade away, because of other country's are taking over. • Today, more than 80% of the people live outside of towns. The natural resources provide basic needs that cover food, education, health and other needs.

  19. Environmental concerns • With other country’s invading New Giunea the natives are dyeing off slowly. • Pollution is also killing of the animals so there for the natives are starving to death.
