Stages of VET qualification planning Improvement of VET Sector Profiles as an information basis for qualification planning decisions and facilitate ownership of and stakeholder cooperation within VET Sector Councils (March – July 2011); Elaboration of VET Sector Qualification Development Action Plans by AVETAE experts based on sector profiles and additional sources (September – October 2011) Integration of Sector Action Plans to a General Action Plan for Qualification development (November 2011)
