  4. Crew • A crew is a group of two or more b-boys or b-girls who choose to dance together for whatever purpose, either simultaneously or separately. Crew versus Crew battles are common in break dancing.

  9. Music • The most common feature of break dancing music exists in breaks, or compilations formed from samples taken from different songs which are then looped and chained together by the DJ. The tempo generally ranges between 110 and 135 beats per minute with shuffled sixteenth and quarter beats in the percussive pattern.

  10. Fashion The break dancers of the 1980s typically sported flat-soled Adidas, Puma, or Fila shoes with thick, elaborately patterned laces. Today's break dancing styles, which emphasize fast-paced, fluid floor moves and freezes, differ from that of two decades ago, requiring more freedom of movement in the upper body.

My break dancing life • I started to dance from 2002 when I entered the university in my country. • I danced for 5 years until I finished my army obligation in 2007. • During the dancing time, I participate in lots of break dancing battles. • Although I don’t dance any more, I was still haunted by the break dancing.

The reasons I love break dancing 1.It is easy to make female friends in a party. 2.Break dancing can show your individual confidence and creavitity. 3.It is a big challenge because you have to keep practicing and breakthrough. 4.You will be very happy when you do a good move you’ve never done and everybody’s crazy for you. 5.Break dancing battle makes me excited.
