Use Case • A subject matter expert (SME) tasked with evaluating a training audience during a command post exercise. • Portability allows the SME to be positioned to best evaluate the training while still being able to monitor the progress of the game. • Notification of upcoming training events based on game time. • Pre-staged orders tied to a training event to allow game conditions to be set. Technical • Technology Changes Rapidly • Nexus 10 tablet running the Android operating system. • Programmed in a variant of Java. • Allows leveraging of some WHIP code. • However, the user interface implementation in Android is completely different from Oracle Java requiring complete re-implementation of graphical components.
