  3. 2012-13 WHS Expectations • OUR 3 RULES… • Be there………………….on time! • Treat people right! (includes assemblies) • Try and never give up!

  4. A New Year, A New Role • Welcome to WHS…Class of 2016! • You are a high school student and are expected to act accordingly. • Your behavior, attitude and effort will guide the next 4 years. Make it worthwhile!

  5. BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS • WE EXPECT THAT EVERY STUDENT AT WHS FEELS SAFE!!! THIS IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A SAFE SCHOOL!!! • FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF EVERYADULT IN THIS BUILDING • IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN OR PROBLEM, SUCH AS BULLYING • REPORT IT TO AN ADULT • NOTIFY THE OFFICE / USE BULLYING FORM • BE HONEST- WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES • RESPECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS • AVOID DEALING IN DRAMA

  6. BUS EXPECTATIONS • IT’S A PRIVILEGE TO RIDE THE BUS • ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY ON THE BUSES • TREAT ALL DRIVERS WITH RESPECT • IF THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THE BUS– IT WILL BE DEALT WITH IMMEDIATLEY

  7. Important Stuff • Drug dogs – If you bring it to school, it can be searched! • Cell Phones / Ipods / MP3 /Cameras (Still & Video) • Hats • Dress Code • Parking Procedures • Outside food and drink • Tardy Sweeps • Renaissance Cards • Advisory Program

  8. ASK YOURSELF ONE QUESTION??? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, TO MAKE THIS A GOOD YEAR AND A GREAT PLACE TO GO TO SCHOOL?

  9. Final Thought… WE WANT THIS TO BE THE BEST YEAR THAT YOU HAVE EVER HAD… ACADEMICALLY AND SOCIALLY
