½ apple (not granny smith)

1” ginger

Ginger = Vit C, copper, potassium, sodium, iron, calcium, zinc, prosperous, magnesium, natural antibiotic, decongestant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti nausea, antispasmodic, antifungal, antiseptic, antibacterial, antitussive, analgesic, circulatory stimulant, carminative, expectorant, hypotensive. Increases blood flow, promotes sweating and relaxes peripheral blood vessels

Apples = Vit. A, B1, B2, B6, C. calcium, chlorine, magnesium,

½ lime / ½ unwaxed lemon

2 apples (not granny smiths)

2 carrotts

1” ginger

Fabulicious hydro juice

Juice

½ lemon unwaxed

¼ medium cucumber

1 apple

1 stick celery

Juice all ingredients and then make up with equal amounts of water. Place in a frozen flask and drink before, during and after your FABworkout!
