  2. ‘My Stamp’ is the brand name for personalized sheets of Postage Stamps of Department of Posts. • The personalization is achieved by printing a thumb nail photograph of • the customer • images and logos of institutions, • heritage buildings, • famous tourist places, • historical cities, • wildlife, other animals and birds etc.,

  3. This scheme is available in selected Philatelic Bureaux and counters /Important Post offices/Post Offices situated at tourist places. • Selected themes are available at selected My Stamp Counters. • Customer to fill up application along with ID proof • Make payment of Rs 300/- • Provide phot- hard or soft copy • Stamps to be collected within 7 days

  4. Discount Slabs The more a customer buys the My Stamp the more he gains. The discount structure is detailed below.

  5. Login into the Philsim website(http://philsim.gov.in) using the credentials and go to Home Page to download the setup of ‘My Stamp’ application.

  6. To download the Office Order, Setup, User Manual, Order Form and SOP of My Stamp, click the links indicated by green arrow.

  7. Download the SetUp of My Stamp and Double click ‘MyStamp’ folder -> Debug -> setup.exe.Run this setup.exe file. A desktop shortcut of the application will be placed on your desktop. Double Click on the shortcut to run the Application.

  8. Home Page of My Stamp. • Login into the application using login id- admin • and password – admin123.

  9. Select the desired Theme and Click on Continue.

  10. Click on Open Image and Select the desired Image. • If Image is big, click on resize to adjust the size of the image.

  11. Place the rectangular box on the desired portion of image and click on crop. • Save the cropped portion using ‘Save Image’ Button. • Click on Continue.

  12. Click on Print Button to take printout on theme.
