  8. The employer has to: The employer has to give information about the reasons for his/her wish to make an agreement, and how an agreement could solve the upcoming crisis for the company. The employer shall also inform about the economic situation in the company so that the trade union representatives can consider if it is reasonable to make an agreement. Industrifacket Metall
