  2. تصنيف المؤسسات الإلكترونية Targowski (2003) Identified different classifications for an enterprise. Off-Line, On-Line, Integrated and Agile Enterprise which are the entry level of an Enterprise Architecture Configuration. Moving up the ladder; further terminologies like: Informated, Communicated, Mobile and Electronic Enterprise were also devised in the efforts to identify a business framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise hardware Infrastructure and software Solutions. However, the concept of the Virtual Enterprise was promoted in the academic and research references as the top of the breed for such Engineering Business Management (EBM).
