  2. Why ethnic marketing came into visibility. • Globalization has its effect on everything; the world is a more diverse place than it was a few years back. A country now has people from various nationalities and various cultures, residing and working there. When it comes down to perception cultural background makes a difference and cultures do matter. Thus ethnic marketing in Australia and elsewhere has become important.

  3. Why marketing has changed so much? • Marketing in a collective way is no longer the only option and to stand out from the competition ethnic marketing is implemented. To have a successful marketing campaign it is no longer viable to cater to the general public as that may not result into reaching a wider audience.
