CONSUMER PROTECTION ENFORCEMENT • Protect Consumers’ Sensitive, Personal Information • Review CPNI carrier compliance certifications • Investigate data brokers and carriers • Issued Orders • Pursue Violations of Do-Not-Call and Junk Fax Requirements • Over 120 Citations issued • Proposed Forfeitures of approximately $1 million

  7. LEVEL PLAYING FIELDENFORCEMENT • Enforce Universal Service Payment Requirements • NALs and Consent Decrees totaling nearly $1.2 million • Recovered nearly $1.5 million in underpayments to the Fund • Protect Against E-Rate Fraud • Suspension and debarment proceedings
