  1. How Does Commercial Real Estate Differ From Residential Real Estate? Real Estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general.

  2. Real Estate can be bifurcated into two i.e., Residential and Commercial. Commercial buildings include apartment complexes, industrial spaces, hotels, retail spaces and office spaces whereas a residential real estate property is any property that has between one and four residential units. This can include a single-family home, a townhome, a condo, a mobile home, or a multiplex building. A commercial property is the one which comprises the aim of rental income mainly whereas when it comes to residential, the purpose would be End-use. Whenever it comes to investing, as long as the investor is a financially strong one, they would go for a commercial rather than a residential one as a commercial investment provides us with rental income on monthly basis apart from a 12% per anum assured return. Commercial properties prioritise amenities that can improve job skills and foster a healthy, happy work environment, whereas residential properties invest a lot of money in providing appealing lifestyle amenities like swimming pools, kid's play spaces, etc. Commercial property offers higher returns but on the other hand if you are working on a small scale, residential properties can prove to be much easier to manage.
