Raise hand if experiencing a technical issue. • Configure your microphone and speakers by going to: • Tools – Audio – Audio setup wizard • Confirm your connection speed by going to: • Tools – Preferences – Connection speed - ISDN

  2. Please use Chat Window • to join in the Q&A Chat Session • From 1:50-2:00. When ready to leave session, go to session menu, and please choose Leave Session.
