  1. Boot Camp 101(Pack Up & Ship Out Your Civies- Put On Your Uniform!) New Year 2014

  2. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Every believer is in full-time Christian service on the battlefield of life. God has laid down the ground-rules for spiritual combat. We waste time & energy when we try to enter into this combat in the wrong way. Our job: Take in the Word of God to the maximum – then exploit it to the maximum (spiritual common sense) in everything that happens in our lives.

  3. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 We will very quickly begin to see the perfectness of the timing of God in everything that He does in our lives. But, Christians many times reject what God has provided for the battle in His wisdom & grace. The spiritual battlefields lie strewn with casualties than need never have occurred.

  4. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Those who follow the colors of Bible doctrine can say with confidence: “Stand still & see the deliverance of the LORD…The LORD shall fight for you” (Exodus 14:13, 14). “His truth shall be your shield & buckler” (Psalm 91:4). “The battle is the LORD’s” I Samuel 17:47

  5. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Vs. 13 “Therefore” – “Because of this” (the angelic conflict of vs. 12). “Take up” – aorist active imperative of analambanō– to take up (that which is lying on the ground) to one’s self. The utilization of all divine operating assets is a matter of personal volition – it is your choice! You must pick up your own equipment by means of your own intake of the Word of God. Spiritual combat readiness can only be reached when the filling of the Holy Spirit is balanced by a maximum amount of Bible doctrine resident in the soul.

  6. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 CAN YOU BE READY AT A MOMENT’S NOTICE WHEN YOUR CALL TO ARMS IS GIVEN? Vs. 13 – “Because of this (angelic conflict), pick up and put on the full armor from the source of God” You pick up your armor by your daily, consistent intake of the Word of God – you put it on bit-by-bit until you reach the high ground of Super Grace. When you have seized that Super Grace summit, it can be said of you that you have put on your full armor.

  7. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Vs. 13 “that” – “in order that” – purpose, aim, or goal. The result of maximum doctrine in your soul is the ability to oppose the unseen enemy. “you may be able” – aorist active subjunctive of dunamai – ability, power, strength. The possession of the full armor enables you to enter the unseen combat, but your combat ability depends on your daily attitude toward the Word of God (subjunctive mood). If your attitude toward Bible doctrine is negative, you will never pick up & put on the full armor – you will be caught unprepared & off-guard; unusable.

  8. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Vs. 13 “to withstand” – aorist active infinitive of antihistēmi (anti – against & histēmi– to stand; to establish; to stand fast; be firm; be permanent; endure; to hold your ground) – to hold your ground against. Indicates a very difficult tactical situation, yet one which the Super Grace believer can master – he can resist overwhelming odds!

  9. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Vs. 13 “the evil day” – refers to the time when you come under demon attack – sooner or later, every Royal Legionnaire must face enemy assault. Unless you possess the inner resources of resident Bible doctrine, you cannot resist the attacks of Satan’s forces. If you are fully armed, you will resist the enemy & rout him.

  10. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 “Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” (I Peter 5:9) “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil & he will flee from you.” (James 4:7) You will not only hold your ground, but you will enjoy fantastic blessings from God beyond your wildest imagination!

  11. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Vs. 13 “having done” – aorist active participle of katergazomai– to accomplish; to achieve; to work out (from the inside – cf. Philippians 2:12). “all” – everything. Your armor is complete; you have on all pieces; your Pentagon of The Soul (the ECS) is complete. “to stand” – aorist active infinitive of histēmi – to hold your ground. It is God’s purpose for the fully equipped Christian Warrior to continue his opposition to the demon army until the Lord summons him home.

  12. The Equipment For The ConflictVerses 13-17 Whether or not you accomplish your purpose in life depends on your own volition. You will either be numbered among those who spend their lives in the valley of reversionism – or you will join the ranks of the elite royal warriors who have stormed super grace heights & who continue to hold the ground they have conquered despite the seemingly tremendous odds against them. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
