  7. Denison’s White Mesa Mill

  8. Simplified geology of the Project area (modified after Shawe et al., 1968), showing claims (shaded) and radon measurement localities

  9. Figure E2. Bull Snake Mine portal, in Dolores River Canyon at contact of Moss Back Member of Chinle Formation with underlying Cutler Formation. View southwest, camera location (lower left) referenced to UTM NAD27 Zone 12 meters.

  10. Figure 3. Conglomerate at the base of a channel fill deposit.

  11. Figure 4. Dune cross-bedded sandstone at Section 5

  12. Figure 5. Typical abandonment deposits (“carbon trash”) at top of Story 3, Section 3 (see Figure 8). The deposits are composed of abundant wood fragments, poorly-cemented sandstone, oxidized and altered material above a coarse-grained sandstone (base of picture).

  13. Figure 1. Location map (Joe Davis Hill 7.5 minute USGS quadrangle) showing location of stratigraphic sections of the Moss Back Member of the Chinle Formation measured in this study. Yellow highlights location where thick sandstone of the Moss Back Member are exposed. Blue are locations where Moss Back sandstone is missing. Areas between these lines are zones where the sandstones are pinching out.

  14. Figure E4. Relationship of the delta complex identified in the Moss Back mapping study and radon concentrations (kriged data, picocuries per liter in soil gas) above the southeastern claim block. Coordinates in UTM NAD27 Zone 12 meters.

  15. Figure 3. Map of Dolores Anticline claims, showing apparent enrichment trend between Lisbon Valley and the Dolores River Canyon, and suggested drilling transects.

  16. Figure E5. Recommended drilling transects on the Dolores Anticline Claims (red symbols). Base maps, from northwest to southeast, include portions of the Horse Range Mesa, Joe Davis Hill, and The Glade 1:24,000 topographic coverages. Only the original 932 claims are shown.

  17. Dolores Anticline Exploration & Development • Exploration budget of $2.2m for last qtr 2007 • Drilling to commence mid-October for Phase I 1st phase, 13 boreholes of up to 2500 ft. /total of 30,000 ft. • 2nd phase geophysical work and preparation for 2008 drill program to include our additional claims, Glade & Upper Willow, S.E. extension of the Anticline. • File Notice of Intent to drill an additional 12 boreholes on the AD and DA claims in 2nd qtr 2008 • Establish drill targets at Glade & Willow, S.E. extension of the Anticline for late spring of 2008

  28. Quote of the Day • “Uranium spot price globally has bottomed. The AEB sold by auction over 380,000 pounds of uranium in August 2007. The purchasers were announced yesterday: 3 US Powercorps and Uranium One. Look for Uranium prices to move upwards of $90 before year end. Stocks to watch: Denison & Uranium One.” Bart Jaworski – Analyst Raymond James October 2,2007 BNN
