What Services & Information would you want from a Moray Autism One Stop Shop • Information Services • Benefits and money advice • Information about Career Opportunities, help with CV and job search and also information about flexible learning opportunities • Information about what is going on /available locally for social activities • Self Directed Support information / advice / support • Housing information and support to live independently • Information Hub/cafe similar to that in the Moray Resource Centre • Autism Specific Services • Specialist and specific information about Autism and how to cope • Assessment/diagnosis support and health advice / visiting specialists • Autism Awareness Training Service • Internet based links to other Autism Service and networks • Directory of services for Autism

What Services & Information would you want from a Moray Autism One Stop Shop • Support Services • Face to face counselling services /peer support / quiet space • Carers / Family advice and support • Drop in meet and greet/ activities and social activities with peers • Alternative therapies including animal therapies (with horses and dogs) • Employment Support Service • Miscellaneous Comments • Workshop- learning environment • Specific Co-ordinator – not just volunteers • Access to public services i.e.. NHS, Police, CAB, Criminal Justice

Reality - Affordability and Sustainability Budget From the original funding application, in 2013/14 the project has £5000 for development of the one stop shop and in 2014/15 another £5000 for running costs. Resources We have 2 part-time staff members for a 2 year period to help develop the One Stop Shop We have 4 autism trainers relief staff for a 2 year period to help inform the development of the One Stop Shop

  6. Stand Alone Autism One Stop Shop? Rent part of a existing organisation i.e. Youth Café and become a social/micro-enterprise One Stop Shop for Autism in Moray Become a Registered Charity Voluntary organisation and be able to do fundraising and funding applications Moray Autism One Stop Shop MODEL 2 MODEL 1
