Wedding rituals On the occasion of the date & timing decided with the help of the family priest.  The groom's family & guest are coming to the bride's city at the specific venue pre=decided earlier.  Once all the invited guests arrived at the wedding hall, the wedding ceremony starts with the Ganesh-puja.

  5. There are pre-wedding rituals in each state of india Kanyaadan Paanigrahan Wherein paanigrahan a symbolic fire is lit by the groom to mark the start of a new household. which the father of the bride is supposed to give away his daughter to the groom officially.

  7. A Hindu couple in post-marriage ceremonies, after Saptapadi. The tied clothing represents a lifelong bond formed during the seven promises ritual with fire as witness. The Saptapadi (Sanskrit “seven steps”/“seven feet”), is the most important ritual of Vedic Hindu weddings and represents the legal part of Hindu marriage. Sometimes called Saat Phere (“seven rounds”), couple conducts seven circuits of the Holy Fire (Agni), which is considered a witness to the vows they make to each other.
