  5. Charge to Committee • Advise ARB on • Development of Scoping Plan of emission reduction measures • Any other pertinent matters

  6. Selection Process • At least 3 members • Must represent communities with significant exposure to air pollution, including those with minority or low-income populations • Must be nominated by environmental justice organizations and community groups

  9. Logistics • Staff suggests that Committee meet quarterly • Members from nonprofit organizations will receive reasonable per diem • ARB will provide staff support
