3. Payment must be as per the payment schedule. Payments after the Payment Deadlines will affect the tour and services . Package cost may vary with time because of dynamic flight fares and varying hotel rates . Check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 noon. 4. Cancellation penalty Applicable: Before 45 Days of Travel Date : 25% of total amount of tour package. If payment received less than 25% then full amount received will be forfeited. Before 30 Days of Travel Date : 50% of total amount of the tour package. If payment received less than 50% then full amount received will be forfeited. Before 15 Days of Travel Date : 75 % of total amount of tour package. If payment received less than 75% then full amount received will be forfeited. Within 15 Days of Travel Date : Booking is Non Refundable. Note: If flight/hotel booked is non-refundable, there will be no refund for flights and hotels in that case. In case of Visa rejection , above cancelation penalty will be applicable. If flight/hotel agree to refund , then only there be refund else no refund. In case of death/uncertain circumstances/health issues, whatever will be refund from Suppliers minus the service fee , will be refunded else if Supplier disagree to refund , then no refunds will be provided.
