OBSERVATION Inadequate surface area Furniture is bulky Furniture is not distributed equally between employees Hard drives and printers taking up too much desk space Consolidation of printers to one network printer Shelving and Storage is minor issue to some employees Not all furniture is used appropriately (i.e. chairs are used as tables)

  6. OBSERVATION • Unneeded furniture • IT person has insufficient space • Some spaces where hot and humid
