1. SR Long Term Capacity Planning – 1 vaga • Interno / Externo • Responsabilities • Prepare regional recommendation and report based on the alternatives / solutions proposed in the capacity analysis; • In the Excel based “Official Capacity Reporting Format” be sure to include capacity scenarios simulating the proposed solutions, estimated lead time and capital investment; • Demand volumes of the different types of products are carefully compared to regional capacities, capabilities, and investment scenarios (both short and long term); • Compare current / proposed sourcing vs. agreed sourcing strategy and use this tool to evaluate different scenarios. This will require constant teamwork; • Evaluate/Challenge overall plant flexibility, OEE and Capacity to push towards cycle time reduction and determine the most optimum scenario; • Validate Regional analysis with all team members and report final recommendation with the Regional optimum scenario; • Keep management updated on analysis progress, barriers to avoid supply disruption and risks, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan; • Ensure that analysis are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed according to LTCP Process. • Requiriments • Bachelor's degree; • 2 – 3 years of experience in planning and manufacturing processes; • Green or Black belt certification is a plus; • Multi-lingual is mandatory (English and Spanish advanced); • Experience within Network’; • Good Communication and aligment skills; • Strategic skill to guarantee aligment between projects execution needs. • Job location/Organization • São José dos Campos – SP • Consumer • How to apply • Internal candidate - Our Source: My Information>My action>My career Opportunities>Access my career opportunities • External candidate - www.jnjbrasil.com.br/talentos or www.careers.jnj.com • The position will be posted until 24 de Fevereiro de 2011 • Band salary – 25
