Main issues during the last year • Label==0 problem • Problem in the memory management • No tracks in the first event • The calibration was loaded later • Static initialization order fiasco • A global variable was initialized from a method outside the call chain: random behavior • Unloading of libAliHLTHOMER • The unloading of libraries is not supported in C++

  5. Remaining issues: Memory • We still need 2.5-3GB resident and 4-4.5GB for PbPb reconstruction • The main consumer is still TPC • clusterization: ~220MB • seeding: ~160MB • tracker: ~160MB • HLT related: ~220MB • calibration:~120MB

  6. Remaining issues: CPU • No hot spots

  7. AliRoot review • It is time to evaluate the situation and to draw conclusions about the future development • Draft list of topics presented at Computing board • The procedure is still to be defined
