Why WSO’s? • The Warrior Forum is the biggest make money online forum (that I know of) and there are tons of people that discover it and go there every day to try to learn how to make money online. • No matter what you sell there, you’ve pretty much broken into the “make money online” niche, which can be challenging sometimes…

4. Why WSO’s? (Cont…) • Selling a WSO brings the traffic to you and allows you to test product ideas while at the same time building a email list of BUYERS that you can market to over and over again. • And probably best of all, there’s potential to build some very quality jv relationships which will definitely pay dividends down the road!

(Cont…) • There are a ton of affiliates looking for good products to promote to their lists. • You could even get WSO of the day and that would really boost your sales like crazy! • Even if you’re paying a good commission to all your affiliates, you’re still instantly building a massive list and that can be priceless!

(Cont…) • And last but not least, there are people in the WF are making 4 to 5 figures selling them in a relatively short period of time and the top selling ones are even reaching the 6 figure mark now! • It’s all about finding a formula that works for you, then rinse and repeat as much as you want. Everybody starts at the same place…

Cost to Start • It’s very inexpensive to start out selling them…$20 for the WSO Pro license if you want to use WSO Pro and $40 to list it once it gets approved! • Oh, and if you don’t have at least 50 posts so you can PM and all that, you need to pay $40 to get access to the private “War Room” forum and you will be given that ability as well.

Cost to Start (Cont…) • And the thing is, since it’s technically a forum post it will get pushed down the list as new ones come in, so you will likely want to bump it back up to the top after it reaches page 3 which will cost another $40. • The hope is that you will at the very least break even which is essentially buying you a free buyers list so that’s still an incredible result! • But you will likely only have to worry about this for your first WSO and if you have zero affiliates promoting it.

9. WSO Product Ideas • Think of anything your good at that may be beneficial to people in the Warrior Forum. • You don’t need to sell an actual money making system product. • You can market any skill an IM’er may find useful in their business. • I.E. a way to create eBook or DVD box graphics

WSO Product Ideas (Cont…) • Think of anything else you have a knack or an interest for IM related. • I.E. driving traffic, list building, Facebook marketing or whatever… • You can go buy up several products on the topic of your choosing, whatever you want to learn more about. (Consider it cost of education and a tax adviser will likely say you can write it off…)

11. WSO Product Ideas (Cont…) • If you can, try and produce results with the systems or information so that way you can have some kind of practical experience and proof. (Proof doesn’t have to be financial, it can be result!). • Pick and choose your favorite techniques and info from the product and compile it. (What was helpful what wasn’t). • Begin thinking of a way to change the format of the teaching or put your own spin on the information. If you can find a way to improve it, that is great! (Figure out what it’s lacking.)

12. WSO Product Ideas (Cont…) • It’s important that you don’t copy exactly and don’t make any false claims regarding results. (that will get you banned!). • The recipe is to learn the information, use the information and try to improve it or improve a method of teaching it. • Some people are great at what they do, but lousy teachers… • The goal is always to find a way to provide value!

13. More WSO Product Ideas • Create Private Label Rights Material bundle it and sell it. (Articles, emails, eBooks)(Can be outsourced!! – odesk.com, elance.com) • Create a graphics bundle and sell them (again can be outsourced). • Provide a service such as site setup, or video creation, content creation, whatever you enjoy • Can even outsource all of the above • Find other marketers to interview over Skype or something and make a recording talking about their business model or systems or whatever they are good at…

Recommended Research • I highly recommend going to http://warriorplus.com/wso/alert/ doing some research on the popular WSO sellers and what they offer and how they structure sales pages, pricing etc. everything you can take in from them. • Also not a bad place to find good WSOs to buy if you’re not sure which ones are quality to begin learning from. • Also take note of the most popular WSO keywords as well.

Action Items • If you’re interested in doing a WSO just go for it! • Decide which method may give you the path of least resistance initially and get going! • Start researching topics of interest and working on producing a result. • Once that’s done begin creating your product. • You can just do it for practice too.

17. Action Items • Learn to setup your site or outsource it. • Begin producing your content! • It is important to go through the mental steps from start to finish to give you the confidence and ability to create products. • When you’re ready to do it for real, you’ll be golden!
