    3. 3 Progress September Toured the North Texas P&DC to view Surface Visibility Operations and how it applies to mailers Discussed the current Seamless Pilots and their applications to First Class mail Toured the PSI facility in Dallas October Meeting Discussed advance notification process and the data avaiable to support USPS needs Utilized AT&T and PSI as examples
