    4. The Assessment Process Assessment involves ongoing opportunities to measure mastery of skills. The Assessment Process In addition to feedback from home/school, additional assessments involve State- and District-mandated tests and locally developed Criteria, including: NJASK (State-mandated) GRADE and GMADE, Gr.     41. Continued focus on efforts to expand EIS program opportunities: Integration of Math Matters and Write Stuff within the 5-8 Expressive Arts program (2008-9) Mathematics Learning Labs – Mark. Per. 1 and 4 – for all Grade 6, 7 students Ongoing revision/enhancement of all core content curriculum maps and frameworks to align to NJCCCS, NJASK and recommendations of external evaluations. Modify Grade 7 and Grade 8 Mathematics programs to further increase enrollments in Pre-algebra/7 and Algebra/8; administer Pre-Algebra and Algebra Readiness assessment in Grade 6 and 7 Next Steps: 2008-9 action items…
