  3. 一、实训目的 • 1 、掌握电子元件焊接的基本技能 • 2 、掌握识别各类电子元件的方法 • 3 、了解电子产品的制作环节和过程 • 4 、增强分析、解决问题的能力 • 5 、培养团队协作能力精神

  5. 三、万用表的制作流程 分拣元件 焊接 组装 应用 调试

  6. 分拣元件环节 成套万用表散件分为： • 焊接件-- • 组装件--

  7. 焊接环节 1 按指导书组装程序表和坐位图在线路板上找到相应位置元器件。 2 注意30电解电容、20二极管的 极性。 3 要保持线路板的清洁。 4 把所有要焊的元器件在线路板上放好， 检查无误后再焊接。 1

  8. 1. 按照指导书上步骤组装. 2. 润滑油不要上的过多. 3. 注意液晶显示器小数点位置(反向看有圆弧处放右侧)。 4. V型铜片不要太用力以防变形。 5. 正确装配线路板。 组装及调试环节

  9. 万用表应用 使用万用表注意事项 • 1. 正确选择挡位和量程 • 2. 不能带电转换挡位和量程 • 3. 万用表不使用时要关机

  10. 四、考核内容 1.线路板元件加工和焊接质量 2.万用表的调试结果
