Charles Washington and Ella Robinson had Six Children All of the children of Charles Washington and Ella Robinson were born in Louisville, Jefferson Kentucky Although Abraham Lincoln Washington was a traveling musician, he was drafted to fight in World War I / His registration card describes his as tall, medium build and dark.

  24. The Story • Five Coleman brothers moved from Florida and came to the sister foundry of Malleable Iron Works located in Benton Harbor. It was here that Henry Galloway admired the work ethic of the boys and sought to marry off his daughters. • Four of the Galloway Sisters Married Four Coleman Brothers • Rosa Lee Galloway- Married John Frank Coleman in 1911 • Elizabeth Galloway- Married Samuel David Coleman in 1913 • Alice Galloway Married Wheeler Coleman in 1914 • Agnes Galloway Married Emanuel Coleman in 1915 • ****Elmira Galloway was set to wed Sylvester Coleman (Cabbage) and said “enough is enough, I’m not marrying a Coleman Brother”
