Syllabus • The syllabus can be accessed on the school website www.fullertonhigh.org • Tests are worth 45% of total grade • Quizzes are worth 20% of grade • Homework is worth 15% of grade • Final is worth 20% of grade • I am available before school, at break and at lunch if your student needs help.

  3. Goals for Algebra 2 Honors: • The course will emphasize an exploration of functions and equations and their applications. • Students will demonstrate competency in linear, quadratic, polynomial, exponential, logarithmic, and rational functions, as well as systems of equations, inequalities, powers, roots and radicals, conics, sequences and series, and probability and statistics. • To prepare students for the IB Math SL course which follows this class.

  4. Tips for success in this class: • Student completes all homework on a regular basis. • Student seeks help when he/she does not understand. • Student is well-prepared to take all quizzes and exams.

  5. Tips for success in this class: • Attendance and punctuality is crucial to success. • If absent, assignments, quizzes and tests are made-up in a timely manner.
