Results • WP1: • 2nd progressreport– sent to JTS, • Paymentsfor 1st reporthasbeenclosed– congratulations! • (in practise – payback time: 6 monthsaftersendinga progressreport to JTS) • Frameworkofrules: JTS/EU delegation – not to obay, • beforeanychangeofthe plan – according to theapplication form – pleasecontact LP (klavdija.ursic@tia.si), • ifyouwant to organisesomethinginternalandusecostsfromtheproject - pleasecontact LP (klavdija.ursic@tia.si).

Results • WP1: • Organisation: A GAP IN COMMUNICATION • Rules: Partners - WP LP; • Partners – fallow WP LP instructions • WP LP - obligationto lead a WP • Resultsuntilnowon consortiumlevel– implementationissues (FINNO – to be a part of partner`s dailyactivity) – a feedbackfrompartnerswas not as good as it hasbeenexpected.

Results • WP1: • Organisation- A GAP IN COMMUNICATION • Solution: NEW COMMUNICATION MOMENT • Skypemeeting each1st & 3rd Thuesday at 10 am Milano time: • responsibleperson: Bisera Kajmakoska (Aginovazionne); • Purpose:breefingofresults & outputs, iniciate&close open issues • each partner: 1 personfromtheinstitutionshouldparticipate on the ˝skype meeting˝ • Aftera skypemeeting: each partner should talk about open issueswith WP LP on the same daywhenskypemeetingwillbeheld!

Results • WP2: • www.finnoeurope.eu (intranet&internet) • Intranet – acess to the FINNO documentation and more participation – everyone can post • News – all partners should contribute news about national event/activity and send this news to Magda P. (magda.paolillo@gmail.com) • Innovation in SEE – purpose: to promote innovators&companies (first material TIA, UEFISCDI, AGINNOVAZIONE) – open discussion on skypemeeting, closethisdiscoussion on PM in Bucharest (15.,16., 17th May); • innovators (historical&current achivments) • companies • articles, studiesaboutinnovation in SEE region

  6. Results • WP2: • Leaflets– OK (aftertodaysskypemeeting – closethisissuewith a representativeofMID PANNON) • Logomissing from MOE • Promotional packages – results of questionnaire available on INTRANET

  7. Results • WP2: • Communication Activity Report (CAR) – please insert anykind of communication activity in CAR and send it to Magda P. (magda.paolillo@gmail.com) • FINNO links to home web pages in order to achieve hits - publicity

Results • WP3: • New taskforcegroup: upgradethetemplate; • Sort ˝indicator`s fields˝ by target groups (policy, supportive environment, SMEs); part of ˝indicator`s fields˝ linked with SMEs - will be included in SAT • Refresh ˝excell row for data entry˝ (dead line: 16th April 2012) • Implementationofinternationalindicators (EIS, OECD, EUROSTAT, …???) • Indicatorbystrategies (linked: yes/no?) • Indicatorsbymeasures; • Sort bytypesofmeasures: • 1) Non – financial, 2) Grants, 3) Financialschemes, 4) Publicservices
