Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order authorizing an Historic Tax Credit for property at 217 Glenn Street owned by Alco Towers, LLC in the amount of $368,212.79 to be used over a period of five years, and a property tax assessment freeze at the 2009 assessed value of $147,300.00 for a period of 10 years • Order authorizing the execution of a Service Agreement with CBIZ Insurance Services for 150 hours of loss control services for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for a fee of $27,500.00

Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding for Scenic Byways Program with the State Highway Administration and MD Department of Transportation for creation of an interpretive monument at the "0" mile marker of the National Road. Project cost not to exceed $86,622.70. City match of $17,822.70 • Order reappointing Joyce Snyder to the Cumberland Housing Authority as the Resident Commissioner for a five (5) year term effective October 17, 2011 and Doug Hutchins to the Bicycle Advisory Commission as the representative of the Mountain Maryland Trail for a three (3) year term effective October 25, 2011
