Current Demographic Information: Enrollment: • 101 on class list • Admissions and Outreach Associate began on 10/22/18 • 2 Intakes coming up Technology: • The final three Interactive Flat Panels (IFP’s) have been purchased and installed in the Super Senior, Transitions and Health room.

Employment Services _____________________________________________________ 2019 GRADUATES • Twelve students MAS Individuals Developing jobs in the following careers: • Food Service – kitchen prep • Dining/Assisted Living Facility – setting/bussing tables, rolling silverware • Bakery – packaging baked goods • Hotel – dining area or housekeeping/laundry • Production Work – assembly work • Utility Person – light maintenance • Supermarket – stocking shelves, grocery returns Enclaves in place • Goodwill Industries/Bound Brook (Date established May 2018) • Two individuals hired • Sorting incoming donations and distributing them onto the sales floor • Three days per week • Top Safety Products/Branchburg (Date established January 2018) • Three individuals hired • Assemble first aid kits • Three days per weeks

EXPLORES Day Habilitation _____________________________________________________ • Program • Current roster of 28 participants. • We are working to incorporate Yoga classes once a week with new schedule offering. • Revised schedule on/ around 11.19.18 • We continue to have Meals on Wheels every day • Once a week Community Outings • Staffing • Continuing recruitment efforts • Halloween party held October 31, 2018 • Thanks to PVH for donating costumes; everyone looked great! • Parent, guardian and participant feedback continues to be very positive.

The Midland Corporation 2018-2019 1st Quarter Financial Report _____________________________________________________ The Midland School Financial Highlights – Profit & Loss • Tuition Revenue from enrollment is down $53,500 from Budget due to lower 10-month enrollment of 5 and ESY of 2 • Tuition payroll is down $31,700 due to timing of certain hires, and expenses are also down $26,100 due to timing (no unusual trends noted)

The Midland Corporation 2018-2019 1st Quarter Financial Report _____________________________________________________ Midland Adult Services Financial Highlights – Profit & Loss • Residential – down $169,700 from Budget due to open placements, timing of “flip” into FFS, absenteeism, and how the budget revenue is spread (timing) • Employment Services revenue down from Budget as clients settle into their FFS budgets – expect variances to be up/down throughout the year as FFS rolls out. However, expenses also favorable so net effect is minimal. • Explores revenue up $35,300 from budget due to FFS rates/days/attendance variances – expect this to continue. Expenses were down due to turnover and other various lower expenses.
