  7. GY 10 Extended LHD Deliverables • First due in GY 10X (2011) • All guidance was posted to the HCS • Based on NACCHO’s Project Public Health Ready criteria • OHEP held 6 optional webinars to introduce the documents and provide technical assistance

BP 2 – L-1 Resubmission • RESUBMIT – UPDATED Documents • Due 4th Quarter (7/15/2014) • All counties must provide an updated plan and supporting documents, standard TOC (if applicable) • 100% Completed self review • 25 % of plans will be reviewed at the regional level • Counties not part of the 25% have the option of being reviewed at their request

  9. Guidance and Empire Planning • The “Empire” template is currently under revision, new criteria includes: • Additional planning concepts related to climate change and adaptation • 2011-2012 Added additional detail and provide a planning template for an LHD Radiological Response Plan. • Optional Webinars will be conducted to provide an overview of the updated guidance as well as provide assistance for updating LHD plans
