  3. PURPOSE • To facilitate Federal Contractor – Guam Stakeholder Agency (GSA) relationships resulting in: • Improved contractor compliance; • Increased value of GSAs to the contractor community, and; • Improved Communications all designed to; • GET PEOPLE HIRED

  4. IMPORTANCE • Federal Contractors must and Non-Federal contractors are strongly encouraged to establish formal relationships with GSAs as part of the requirement to: • Develop and maintain “action oriented” programs - a step “BEYOND” simple letters and/or job postings; • Demonstrate “GOOD FAITH EFFORT”, and; • MEET YOUR GOALS

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Work with your GSA representatives to build effective communications and a formalized process between you to successfully: • Establish solid long lasting relationships; • Receive, respond to and maintain an effective flow of communications; • Track referrals and hires, and; • GET PEOPLE HIRED
