PSR Introduction

  • OMPS PFM Ready for Delivery to NGST for NPP Integration

    • Flight hardware and software is complete and ready

    • Planned & contractually required acceptance testing is complete

    • All 967 requirements verified and approved by BATC, NGST, IPO and NASA

    • All waivers submitted and approved by NGST and SEWG

  • Open Liens from PSR Addressed

    • All category 1 liens (gate to delivery in place) are closed

    • The category 2 lien (gate to IIRR) is closed

    • Category 3 liens (gate to EIDP) are closed, with the exception of:

      • 6 action items: responses provided – awaiting customer concurrence

      • 1 PSR checklist item: DD-1149 – NGST action

  • Issues Since PSR Have Been Addressed and Residual Risk is Understood

    • All residual risks are low to moderate, with the majority being low

  • FCA/PCA Completed Ahead of the 10 Nov ’08 Baseline Plan
