  1. Protocols of Elite CIRCLE – TX Roll Call Rule • If you are not in your seat when we roll call, you are considered late/absent DRESS CODE • Team Shirts for both qualifiers and wild cards • Team Shirts can NOT be Tee Shirt. Polo Team shirt with collar are fine. • Dress Sharp! – No Wrinkles or Un-tucked Shirts • Elite Circle Name Badge NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED • Bottled Water is Permissible NO IN AND OUT’s EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS • Only during 15 minute break given every 2-3 hours SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR CLASS RANK AT EACH SESSION: Highest ranking Cadets will sit in the front rows and the lowest ranking Cadets sit behind them.

  2. Rules and Guidelines Spouse/Significant Other Role: • Definition of Spouse/Significant Other: Husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend. (Brother/sister, Son/Daughter etc… do not count) • If both spouse/significant other qualifies with the guidelines (5 Points), both must submit separate Registration Form along with their separate registration fee. • If spouse/significant other role is only for “Support” and not joining EC, all activities (sales/recruits/guests) of both codes can be counted for competing associate.

Rules and Guidelines • A Cell phone ring => (-1) pt, everyone else (-½) pt NOTE: MD phone rings =>(-2) pts *cell phone ring penalty starts during the Elite Orientation!!! • Texting during Class => (-½) pt • Miss a BPM on MTW or S =>(-½) pt (Sign the Sign-In Sheet. Let us know if you have issues, exceptions must be job related) • Attending BIG Events are Mandatory => (-2) pts (Super Sat, Conventions, & Kickoffs, etc. => must submit proof ) • Absent 1 session => (-2) pts **You must make up homework from the missed session on the next session to complete Elite Circle. **You must still send in and submit homework even if you are absent in class! • Incomplete Homework => Points deducted accordingly for each item. • Do not respond the emails => (-½) pt

Rules and Guidelines Bonuses: Bonuses are given to Elite Cadet who achieves next level of Promotion: - Personal Promotion: Associate(+5pts), SA(+10pts), MD (+15pts), SMD (+20pts), EMD (+25pts), CEOMD (+30pts) - Baseshop Promotions: 50% is counted for direct up-line Associate (+2.5pts), SA (+5pts), MD (+7.5pts), SMD (+10pts)… Note that only the first direct upline who is in EC of the promoted associate will receive the bonus. Example: A, B & C are Upline’s of D who got promoted. If A & B are in EC, The ONLY person who will receive this Baseshop Promotion bonus will be B, not A. - If you are awarded: Watch ($50,000 earnings) + 5 pts. Ring ($100,000 earnings) +10 pts.

Rules and Guidelines Bonuses continued: • Recruiting Bonus (1 time qualification per category ONLY): • 50% Rule – Maximum one-half (1/2) of the recruiting requirements can come from one leg. • 3 Personal Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 2 Bonus Points (For all levels) • 10 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 4 Bonus Points (For TA-MD only! NOT for SMD) • 15 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 6 Bonus Points (For all Levels) • 25 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 8 Bonus Points (For all Levels) • 35 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 10 Bonus Points (For all Levels) • 50 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 15 Bonus Points (For all Levels)

Rules and Guidelines • Less than 15 minutes late = (-½) pt • More than 15 minutes late = (-1) pt • Leave During Training = (-1) pt • No Name Badge = (-½) pt • Lose Badge = (-½) pt • No Team Shirt = (-1) pt • Missing Materials = (-½) pt • Harassing Advisor, Homework or Accountability Team members in any way = (-1) pt • Replacement Elite must be qualified by the 4th Class (+5 pts) or (-1) pt; 5th Class (-2) pts; 6th Class (-4) pts

Rules of Engagement for callouts (challenges) • Any Elite Cadet may call out any one in the class. • Challenging Cadet will choose a category to compete in: • Recruits ( 2 pts) • Sale ( 1 pt per Application with the exception of ½ pt for Term Application) • Overall points (Recruits and Sales Combine) • The Cadet who gets challenged may decline the challenge. However, Cadets may only decline twice. Cadet’s must accept the 3rd Challenge issued. • If the Cadet does not like the category in which they are being challenged, they can counter challenge with his or her chosen category. • Winner of the Challenge takes the corresponding points from opponent’s total current points. • If both competing Cadets are at “0” zero points during the Challenge computation, there will be a fine of $10 to each Cadet. • All Cadets must compete at Sessions 3, 4, & 5. Cadets cannot decline the challenges. ** All call outs will be at the discretion by CEOs’ final approval. .

  8. Automatic Disqualification Elite Circle Automatic Disqualification: • Absent Graduation Day • Cheating on Homework, Quizzes, or Final Exam • Negativity (Upline, sideline, etc.) • Absent for 2 sessions • “0” PT’s • Discussing the material or detail of Elite Circle, in any degree, to any person outside the Elite Circle Team.

  9. Homework Rules • Paper AMA will be only accepted if there is a background problem. You will receive credit once the person has received a code number and you show proof of code number. • No credit for personal sales (selling to yourself.) Personal sales count for upline only. • Field training sale counts ONLY FOR EITHER trainer or trainee. It can NOT count for both if both trainer and trainee are in the same Elite class! • However you can split the points (50/50) • (Non-licensed Cadet (trainee) must have their sale proof signed by their MD) • All homework and qualifying documents must be accompanied by required proofs at the time of submission to the homework team at your local office.

  10. Homework Rules • Sales proofs require a copies of the front page of the application, client’s check and agent report page. MUST white out client’s private information excluding first name and agent of sales. • Incomplete or late delivery of proof will not be counted! • All homework turned in on or before 7:00pm on Thursday the of week of class. • Cadet must submit proof in person/Fax/email to the local Homework Team! • Homework Team must report the number of points to Accountability team by 7:00 pm Friday before the next class. • Proof of previous class homework MUST be in binder at ALL TIMES for spot check, if proof is missing points WILL be deducted. *Note- NO MD signatures are required on proof

Registration Guidelines Registration & Fees: • All Registration are due on March 1st to SMD who must turn in their number to Grace Hu or must pay late fee - $50 • Qualifiers must submit $125 registration Form/Feeto their SMD by March 1st. • Wild Cards must submit $150.00 registration Form/Fee by March 1st). Note: Wild Card must have minimum 3 out of 5 qualifications: (M.A.C.H.O) • Supporting spouse attending class - $25 additional fee. • Elite Circle will only accept SMD’s check with Qualification and Wild Card registration form. Both must be completely filled with proof attached. SMD must verify accuracy. • Deadline for SMD to submit the Cadets’ Registration Forms by end of Mar 2ndto Grace Hu by Fax/email • SMD must submit Registration Fee to the EC Accountant, Grace Hu, by 12:00pm Saturday Class 1. NO exceptions!

  12. Registration Guidelines *All collected registration fees will be used towards the class expenses: • Food - Dinners • Recognition Awards (Diplomas, MVP award, etc.) • Elite Circle Graduate Shirts Note: All Qualifiers and Wildcards must attend and finish the orientation class. Out of state qualifiers and wildcards must participate in an approved office in that area.

Materials Required TX Elite CIRCLE MATERIALS MUST BE WITH YOU AT ALLCLASSES • Name Tag ( provided at Class 1) • WFG/Team Logo shirt (Minimum of Collars/Polo shirt) • Current Top 25 Prospect List. (new list for each class session) • Your Current Organizational Chart • 5-Subject Spiral Notebook (5 Star Mead) • (2) Red Felt Tip Pens (Papermate with White X on Cap) • (2) Black Ink WFG/Transamerica Pens • 1.5 Inch View Binder (3-ring) • (1) set of 8 Multicolor-Tab Dividers • Current Business Plan • Copy of the Protocols and Rules and Guidelines • Business Format System Manual (Old or new version will be accepted) Books/Kindle: The Power of Your Subconscious Mind – Joseph Murphy (No Audio or phone Kindle version)
