Thought Partner Debrief: Of the 4 strategies we have experienced thus far, Pass the Clap, Walking Mandala, Shoulder Share and Cotton Ball Breathing, which would most fluidly integrate into your instructional program? Which activities would you feel most comfortable leading and which would honor their disabilities? How would these strategies align with your country or district’s vision or Framework. (i.e. Danielson’s Domain 2: Classroom Environment, 2a & 2d)

  8. Create your own Yoga Game or Lesson 10 breaths in a warm-up 4 breaths x Pose – movement – pose – movement – pose 10 breaths in a cool down Modifications? Adaptations? Differentiation?
