The connection process Up to 2 weeks Up to 2 weeks Up to 4 weeks • Quotation • Construction • Permits & plans collated • Construction • Application reviewed • Quote issued to either customer or energy retailer • CAR requested • Other utility plans requested • TMP organised (if applicable) • Energy Retailer approval obtained • Crew assigned • Construction complete • Connection livened • Reinstatement completed (2 phase) Vector Activities • Outbound call to acknowledge receipt • Quote issued via letter/email • Outbound call acceptance receipt and advising plans and permits ordered • Outbound call plans and permits received. Advise scheduled date for construction • Outbound call day before construction • Customer advised connection complete either by crew on site or drop card • Drop card advising reinstatement completion date Customer Contact
